Shellac Uranus 7" (Water Stained Label)

MINOR WATER DAMAGE TO VINYL DISK LABELS BY ACTUAL WATER IN THE ACTUAL BASEMENT OF STEVE ALBINI'S ELECTRICAL AUDIO. Prior to assembling the jackets, these 7"s were cleaned by Bob Weston on his VPI vacuum record cleaning machine.  (See photos below)

Found in a basement somewhere in Chicago, Illinois.
Recently hand packaged by Todd Trainer, and Bob & Carrie Weston, literally.

Shellac ages gracefully, imparting a subtle amber color to the finished piece which intensifies over time. It is soluble in alcohol, dries quickly, and is non-toxic. No overdubs. Recorded electronically. Mastered entirely in the analog domain, directly to metal by John Loder.
